What age range do you see in the urgent care?
We see patients between the ages of 18 months and 21 years old.
We are not accepting newborns or infants at this time.
What conditions can be treated in the urgent care?
Examples of commonly treated conditions include:
– Abdominal pain
– Allergies
– Asthma
– Bronchitis
– Burns (minor)
– Cold sores
– Colds/upper respiratory infections
– Coughs
– Cuts/minor lacerations (stitches, staples, glue)
– Diarrhea
– Ear infections
– Eczema
– Eye infections/conjunctivitis/styes
– Fever
– Headaches
– Injuries (minor)
– Insect bites/stings
– Minor allergic reactions
– Nausea/vomiting
– Pink eye/conjunctivitis
– Poison ivy
– Rashes
– Sinus infections
– Skin infections
– Sprains
– Strep/sore throat
– etc.
What conditions are NOT treated in the urgent care?
Any conditions requiring blood tests, radiographic imaging, or any send-out testing not offered in the office cannot be managed in the urgent care.
This includes but is not limited to conditions such as:
– Emergencies, complex injuries, or serious illness
– Broken bones
– Serious infections
– STDs

If there is any uncertainty as to whether a certain condition can be seen, please contact us prior to making an appointment.
Do I need an appointment, or can I just walk in?
All visits are by appointment only to ensure minimal to no wait times.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, we are always transparent with our pricing and will inform you of any charge up front.
Can I pay using my HSA/FSA account?
Yes, HSA/FSA accounts may be used to pay for services.
Do you accept health insurance?
Our fees are flat rates that cover most of your urgent medical needs. We do not take any form of commercial insurance or Medicare/Medicaid and we do not submit any bills to insurance companies.
Can my child be seen if he/she is on Medicaid?
Yes. Although we do not bill any of our services to Medicaid, prescriptions and other services outside of the office can still be covered through Medicaid as per usual.
